Olive Oil - Like our pasta, our olive oil was selected personally by the Balistreri family and is proudly imported directly from Italy. The taste is great, the kitchen uses plentiful and the color shines a perfect golden hue. The Pure Olive Oil is best used for cooking fish and meat, especially the all-natural cuts from our experienced butchers. Our Extra Virgin is a great accent to a pasta sauce or dishes like bruschetta. Pair it with Sendik's Balsamic Vinegar to dazzle your salad. You can also use our balsamic as a dipping sauce for vegetables and bread, making Sendik's a part of each and every course. Just don't ask us to stay and do the dishes.
Dressings - If you make your salads with produce from Sendik's, your off to a great start. But if you want that dish to sing, our dressing hits the perfect note. The flavor combinations are elegant and complex. Vidalia Onion ® Creamy Cucumber uses fresh Georgia onions and is a complement to any summer salad. The Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette is all natural and supplies just the right touch of pepper to compliment a tomato and mozzarella salad.
