Trip for Two to Maui
Contest Rules
One entry per person per day. No purchase necessary. The Sendik’s “Win a trip for two to Maui, Hawaii” contest runs from August 8, 2012 through August 21, 2012. Participants can sign up to “Win a trip for two to Maui, Hawaii” in Sendik’s Food Markets stores. The winner will receive one (1) trip, which includes: two airline tickets to Maui, Hawaii; 7-Night stay; Ocean-Front Room at the Hyatt Maui*; Convertible Car Rental*; and two Tickets to Maui’s famous Luau. The trip must be booked by October 1, 2012. The trip must be completed by September 1, 2013. The verifiable retail value of the prize is $6000.00. Sendik’s reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for any and all additional costs relating to the trip not specifically stated herein. ALL TAXES AND FEES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and/or release of liability and publicity before being awarded a prize. Winner will be chosen randomly by a computer generated selection. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Sendik’s is not responsible for a prize left unclaimed after 7 days. After 7 days, Sendik’s will select another winner for an unclaimed prize. Sendik’s employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Must be a Wisconsin resident and 18 years old to enter and win. Sendik’s Food Markets reserves – and by entering the promotion, winners grant Sendik’s Food Markets – the right to use the winner’s name for commercial and promotional purposes. By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of Sendik’s Food Markets, which are final. Sendik’s Food Markets is not responsible for (i) incomplete entries; (ii) cancellation of the giveaway or the trip caused by events beyond the control of Sendik’s Food Markets; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages that are the result of participation in the giveaway or the trip.
